Shipping policy
All of our shipments go via UPS - We offer both ground and expedited options.
The start of the shipping timeframe for your item is based on the day the order is fulfilled and not the day that the order is placed. Your order may not ship the same day it's placed - we do our very best to turn orders around quickly but the shipping time is not the same as fulfillment time. The delivery date is estimated based on your chosen shipping option at checkout.
Our standard shipping options are provided by UPS. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for UPS shipping delays and we cannot guarantee timing of shipping; we cannot provide full refunds for shipping issues or shipments that arrive a day after your trip. Unfortunately, due to the size of our packages, UPS will not even issue us refunds for expedited shipments that do not arrive on time. Therefore, we cannot issue any refunds on expedited orders that get delayed in transit. Delivery and return shipping costs will be deducted from any returned/exchanged items.
