Recently we took our skiff to the bay to play a little hooky from work and thought it was the perfect opportunity to yet again put our STABELOK to the test.
We developed the PAKMULE STABLELOK to give non-PAKMULE customers the benefits of our patented anti-wobble in any 2″ hitch accessory. Allowing them to experience the joy of smooth towing experience devoid of wobble and rattle.
That’s right—zero rattle, zero play, just smooth sailing (well, towing) thanks to the Anti-Wobble STABLELOK inside our B+W Towball. And let us tell you, paired with the near-silent ride of the Rivian R1S, it made hauling our boat feel like gliding on a cloud.
The Problem: That Annoying Hitch Slop
You know what we’re talking about. That looseness in your hitch that turns every bump in the road into a mini earthquake. The trailer jerks, the noise rattles through the cab, and if you’re sipping on coffee—well, good luck keeping it inside the cup.
Most of us have just lived with this nonsense. Some folks slap in shims, some crank down a tightener, and others just pretend it’s part of the experience. But fellas—it’s 2025. We can put a rover on Mars, we shouldn’t have to tolerate a wobbly hitch.
Enter, STABLELOK.
STABLELOK: The Anti-Wobble Savior
Inside our B+W Towball, the STABLELOK works like an internal stabilizing system to lock the ball mount into the receiver. So instead of your trailer hitch rattling around like your buddy’s old tackle box, everything stays rock solid.
How Does it Work?
The magic is in the expanding mechanism inside the towball, which creates a threading to allow our threading pin to ratchet in and lock it down.
✅ NO Wobble – Your trailer stays in line like a well-trained hunting dog.
✅ NO Rattle – Say goodbye to the hitch making more noise than your outboard engine.
✅ NO Guesswork – Once it’s installed, it’s done. No fine-tuning every trip.
Think of it like this: instead of letting your trailer float around loose in the receiver, STABLELOK locks everything up tight—giving you a direct, secure connection that actually feels like it’s all one solid unit.
Honestly, we don’t know why this isn’t standard equipment on every tow vehicle.
So—who’s hauling this weekend? Let us know where you’re headed, and if you’re still towing with that stock, wobbly mess… well, maybe it’s time for an upgrade.
