  • Operations Coordinator

    Location: New Braunfels, Texas

    PAKMULE is seeking an Operations Coordinator with a positive, hard-working attitude that wants to make an impact on the company and the community through process and quality improvements, while ensuring daily orders and operations run smoothly.  Help get customers on the road with the industries best equipment, while working with our Founder to run operations and improve processes that will directly impact customers, your role and the company.

     

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate day to day operations while improving processes
    • Maintain customer logs and send weekly reports to management
    • Maintain and Manage Inventory; Issue PO’s while forecasting future inventory
    • Identify product needs or product improvements through daily interaction with customers and advise management on findings
    • Improve packaging and all shipping processes
    • Oversee quality control procedure and processes
    • Work with parcel and freight carriers to improve rates, service and order integration
    • Identify opportunities for other process improvements, and make recommendations
    • Oversee improvements and upgrades where applicable (i.e. systems, software, packaging, etc)
    • Assemble some products, especially in initial product releases
    • Answer phones and reply quickly to customer emails
    • Answer product questions and help customer determine which PAKMULE products are best for their vehicles and travel/activity needs
    • Serve Retail and DTC customers by accurately processing orders and packaging/shipping small parcel orders
    • Win customer loyalty by promptly resolving any shipping or warranty issues
    • Be proactive in all tasks
    • Be able to work without supervision
    • Be flexible with job role and function. This is a small business, so there may be unordinary tasks that are required (help with photoshoots, service company vehicles, sweep/clean warehouse, find/buy equipment, coordination of calendars, charity donation allocation, run to Home Depot, etc). We’re looking for a hand raiser here.

  • Community Marketing Coordinator

    Location: New Braunfels, Texas

    PAKMULE is seeking a Community Marketing Coordinator with a positive, hard-working attitude that wants to make an impact on the company and the community through product education and lifestyle inspiration.  We believe that physical activity is better than any day on the sofa, and through your work you’ll have the ability to engage and inspire folks to Load and Go!

    In this role, you’ll be responsible for community engagement and marketing initiatives, including social media management, content creation, digital asset management and trade show management.

    The right candidate is self-driven, has an engaging personality, and high attention to detail. You’ll work directly with our Founder while having the ability to improve processes that will directly impact customers, your role and the company.

     

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and organize photo and video content.
    • Layout copy and content for social media posts on all platforms; engage and grow our social community, customers and market partners.
    • Organize, layout, shoot + edit short video educational series for use on YouTube channels.
    • Plan, setup and host trade shows across the US, including pop-up shops
    • Oversee trade show schedule, travel, layout, materials, etc
    • Help in warehouse when necessary
    • Be proactive in all tasks
    • Be able to work without supervision
    • Be flexible with job role and function. This is a small business, so there may tasks outside of your job description that are required (help with photoshoots, service company vehicles, sweep/clean warehouse, find/buy equipment, coordination of calendars, run to home depot, etc).
